Owner/Chef Renato Moiso of Via Maestra 42 really pulled out the stops for our SBCA fundraising dinner Sunday night. We had a nice group of people in a convivial atmosphere with divinely delicious food! The 5-course meal was paired with Italian wine. The bresaola/arugula salad and the porcini ravioli with black truffle sauce were stand outs in a fabulous meal. Renato capped the evening with a special pouring of Italian passito—a perfect cap to a lovely evening of food, wine and good times!
